Using Microsoft Teams and Planner Tools

Start a team in Microsoft Teams and add people responsible for completing tasks in the plan, add a Planner tab in MS Teams and team members will be alerted when it ready to go.

You can set tasks, add priorities, deadlines, and even sub-tasks.
