We're a small team of real experts, not a giant consultancy billing premium rates for junior staff, and not a one-person "Ai expert" who doesn't really understand the technology. We sit between the two on purpose. Here's how an engagement actually runs.
Domain experts first, Ai experts second
We understand how an organisation runs, then bring Ai to it. Since 2014 we've been implementing management systems for quality, safety, risk, continuity and information security, which means we can usually name your problems before you do. The Ai is the newest tool in the kit, not the whole point.
Governance you can hand to an auditor
You don't get a slide deck. You get a management system: scope, roles, an Ai register, risk assessments, controls, review points and evidence that all of it happens. That is what ISO 42001 asks for, and it's what a regulator, an insurer or a tender panel will ask for too. We build it so it survives us leaving.
We run it on ourselves before you rely on it
Our own business already runs on the Ai we'd build for you, under the controls we'd write for you. So we show you what works instead of selling you a science project, and because we run it every day, we can actually support it once it's yours.
We only take on what we can deliver
We don't oversell a capability we can't yet run and support ourselves. You get straight answers about what Ai will and won't do for your organisation, and about which obligations genuinely apply to you today rather than a vague warning that the rules are changing.
We're there after go-live
The work doesn't end when the system ships. Governance only counts while it keeps happening, so we stay on for the reviews, the audits and the awkward questions, whether we're mentoring your team to run it themselves or running it for you on our infrastructure or a server on your premises.
