Frequently Asked Questions
Monthly website content update services expire at the end of each month. We schedule our website engineers to provide this service for you each month in order to keep your website fresh and current.
Direct debit from a bank account or credit card are our prefered methods of payment, we ask you to complete a form with your bank or credit card details and payments are made automatically each month. Please email us if you would like more information.
We allow for 10 hours of website engineer’s time in the setup of the website.
If you require more of our engineers time at any stage we offer a 5 hour package for $350.
